Bilicoin

Bilicoin (BILI) is a digital-asset project designed to support a community-driven blockchain ecosystem.

Features may include mobile mining, staking and rewards, wallet functionality, governance, marketplace services, and other products introduced by Bililabs.

Features and functionality may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

Digital Asset Risk

Digital assets are inherently risky and may experience significant changes in value.

Nothing on the Bilicoin platform or in our communications should be understood as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Bililabs does not guarantee:

• the future value or price of BILI;
• profits or financial returns;
• exchange listings or liquidity;
• the continued availability of any feature; or
• the completion of any roadmap item.

You should conduct your own research and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bilicoin is legal in your jurisdiction.

You must not use the Services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, market manipulation, unauthorized access, or any other unlawful activity.

Bililabs may restrict or terminate access where necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the ecosystem.

Wallets & Transactions

If you use a Bilicoin wallet or connect an external wallet, you are responsible for protecting your passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, and other credentials.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Bililabs cannot guarantee that an incorrect or unauthorized transaction can be reversed.

Never share your private key or recovery phrase with anyone claiming to represent Bililabs.

Mining, Staking & Rewards

Mining, staking, participation, and reward mechanisms are governed by the applicable Bilicoin protocols and platform rules.

Rates, allocations, eligibility requirements, and other reward conditions may change.

Rewards do not guarantee monetary value, profit, or future returns.

Third-Party Services

Bilicoin may interact with third-party wallets, exchanges, marketplaces, applications, or websites.

Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, fees, risks, and privacy policies. Bililabs is not responsible for services outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Bilicoin branding, logos, website content, software, documentation, and other materials owned by Bililabs may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Availability

We aim to keep Bilicoin reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Blockchain networks and internet infrastructure may experience congestion, outages, security incidents, technical failures, or other events beyond our control.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bililabs will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Bilicoin evolves. The latest version will always be published on this website.

Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you.
